Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Elevate Golf is an online golf store operated by SAILOLTD ("Elevate Golf," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our storefront, buy our products, contact us, or interact with our advertising (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to elevategolfer.com and, while our custom domain is being connected, tfrcmp-r7.myshopify.com.
For questions or privacy requests, contact support@elevategolfer.com. Our mailing address is 312 W 2nd St, 4237, Casper, Wyoming, USA.
1. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services:
-
Contact and identification details: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number if you provide it.
-
Orders and payments: products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order history, transaction amount, shipping information, payment status, and information needed for returns or support. Payment providers handle full card details; we generally receive transaction records and limited payment information rather than full card numbers.
-
Account, support, and preferences: account details if you create an account, messages you send us, product reviews you submit, and your marketing and privacy preferences.
-
Device and activity data: IP address, browser and device information, cookie and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, referral source, pages and products viewed, searches, clicks, add-to-cart actions, checkout activity, and purchase events. We and our partners may collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
We obtain information directly from you, automatically when you use our storefront, and from the providers we use to run our store, process orders, analyze traffic, and advertise. If you visit us through an ad, we may receive information about that interaction from the advertising platform.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
-
Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, administer returns, and provide customer service.
-
Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and other service messages.
-
Operate and improve our website, understand product interest, and troubleshoot problems.
-
Protect our store and customers, verify transactions, and prevent fraud or misuse.
-
Measure the effectiveness of advertising, create relevant audiences, and show ads for our products on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, subject to your choices and applicable law.
-
Send marketing emails if you subscribe or if we are otherwise permitted to do so. You can unsubscribe through a link in the email.
-
Comply with legal obligations, maintain records, and protect our rights.
Information needed for checkout and delivery is necessary to complete your order. You can choose not to provide other information, but some features may then be unavailable.
3. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and advertising audiences
We use Meta advertising tools to measure and improve ads shown on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect information from your browser about actions on our website. Where enabled in our Shopify settings, the Meta Conversions API may send comparable information from our store to Meta through a server connection. This can include page and product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, purchases, order value and currency, event identifiers, IP address, device and browser details, and cookie identifiers.
Depending on the data sharing level and matching features enabled for our store, Meta may also receive contact details such as an email address, name, phone number, or location to help match an order or website action to a Meta account. Matching information may be transformed, including by hashing, before it is sent. Hashing does not mean the information is anonymous. We do not send full payment card numbers to Meta for advertising.
We use these tools to attribute purchases to ads, measure campaign performance, show relevant ads to people who have interacted with our store, and find audiences likely to be interested in our products. If we use a customer list for an advertising audience, we may share eligible customers' contact details with Meta for matching, subject to applicable law and privacy choices. Meta may process information it receives under its own Privacy Policy. You can also review Meta's ad preferences.
Your choice about marketing cookies and advertising data sharing applies to these tools as required by the law where you live. Browser-based cookie controls alone may not control server-based sharing, so please use the store's privacy controls or contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use:
-
Essential technologies for cart, checkout, security, and other core store functions.
-
Analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the store and improve it.
-
Advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel when enabled, to measure ads and show relevant advertising.
You can manage nonessential cookies through any cookie preferences control displayed on our store and through your browser settings. In locations where consent is required, we seek it before using nonessential technologies for the relevant purposes. You can change your preferences through the store's cookie controls when available. Blocking some cookies may affect how the store works. Our server-based advertising integrations must also respect applicable consent and opt-out choices; those controls need to be configured separately from browser cookie settings.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose relevant personal information to:
-
Shopify, which hosts our store and processes information when you visit or purchase from us. If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may also use information about your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services such as personalization, analytics, and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and its providers in other countries. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal for information about Shopify's own processing and available choices.
-
Payment, fulfillment, delivery, and customer service providers to complete orders and respond to requests.
-
Analytics and advertising partners, including Meta when its tools are enabled, for measurement, customer matching, and advertising as described above.
-
Professional advisers, authorities, or a successor business when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transaction.
Some sharing for personalized advertising may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain US state privacy laws, even if we do not receive money for personal information. The rights described below may apply to that activity.
6. Your rights and privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain uses; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Legal exceptions may apply. We will respond according to applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You will not be treated unfairly for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To make a request, email support@elevategolfer.com. You can use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of applicable advertising data sharing, or use Cookie Preferences on our storefront to change cookie consent. You can also send a browser-based Global Privacy Control signal; where applicable and supported, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser or device. If you cannot find a control or need help with your request, email us.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop necessary messages about an order you placed.
7. Legal grounds for processing where applicable
If UK or European data protection law applies, our grounds for processing depend on the purpose: performance of a contract for orders and delivery; legal obligations for required records; legitimate interests for customer support, site security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, after considering your rights; and consent where required for nonessential cookies, personalized advertising, or optional marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. If you have a concern about our handling of your information, you can contact us and, where applicable, complain to your local data protection authority.
8. International processing and retention
Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate arrangements and safeguards for international transfers. Contact us if you need more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfilling orders, handling returns, maintaining tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal requirements. The period varies with the information and the reason we hold it. We then delete or deidentify information unless we need to retain it under applicable law.
9. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
10. Other sites and policy changes
Links to other sites, including social platforms, may lead to services with their own privacy practices. Please review those services' notices when you use them.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our store, service providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
